We produce in standard sizes and according to our customers' requirements and drawings. Products from Nansteel are widely used in nuclear power plants, thermal power stations, atomic power plants, oil and gas, petrochemical, fertilizers, and chemicals and pharmaceuticals. What is Vision
We offers a full line of mechanical and pressure products to ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, ISO and API including heat exchanger, condenser, boiler, pressure pipe and oil production tubular to serve the distribution, transportation, energy, heavy equipment and original equipment. The organization has adopted third party Inspection as per our customers specification established for our product before delivery and check and assure the quality of raw materials and final products. Why is that important? It gives you advantages; firstly we have steel being loaded onto vessel frequently and this has given us a great deal of experience that less frequent exporters can´t match. Facotry Introduction
The factory covers an area of 62,000 square meters. It has more than 1,000 employees and more than 100 middle and senior professional technicians. It integrates a whole stream from iron making, steel making, pipe rolling, and heat treatment, to pipe processing, obtaining an annual production capacity of 2 million tons of iron and steel, 1.2 million tons of seamless steel pipes, and 150,000 tons of finished OCTG pipes. The Company currently has four hot rolling production lines, two heat treatment lines, two casing and tubing processing lines. one bearing and boiler special pipe production line, and one finishing and packaging line. All production lines are equipped with advanced testing and inspection equipments. Product range is from Φ32mm to Φ323.8mm for line pipes and Φ60.3mm to Φ339.7mm for casing and tubing, while steel grade ranks from Gr.B to X70 for line pipes and J55 to Q125 for casing and tubing.
