High-pressure alloy seamless steel pipe is a seamless pipe mainly used to manufacture high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel for steam boiler pipes with high pressure and above. These boiler tubes work under high temperature and high pressure, and the tubes will be oxidized and corroded under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor. Therefore, steel pipes are required to have high durable strength, high oxidation resistance, and good structural stability.
The main production process of high pressure alloy seamless steel pipe:
Tube blank and blank heating, perforation of tube blank, extension of steel pipe.
Application of high pressure alloy seamless steel pipe
Heating surface tubes for low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure generally not greater than 5.88Mpa, working temperature below 450°C). Heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry (octg pipe) pipes, etc.
Disadvantage analysis of high pressure alloy seamless steel pipe
1. Pre-heating the high-pressure alloy tube consumes a lot of energy and costs, and sometimes requires multiple reheating (such as forging) in order to keep the high-pressure alloy tube in a suitable temperature range for thermal processing.
2. It is also difficult to uniformly heat large-size blanks;
3. The resulting difference in the mechanical properties of the billet and the inhomogeneity of the deformation state;
4. The burning loss caused by long-term heating of the billet at high temperature also affects the yield of the material;
5. The segregation and embrittlement of surface chemical composition caused by metal oxidation is also one of the root causes of poor surface quality, cracks and damage of thermally deformed products.
With the combined effect of deformation stress and high temperature, the wear and deformation of the high-pressure alloy pipe increase, and the friction of the hard oxide scale aggravates the tool wear. Under long-term application of minor cyclic stresses, thermal fatigue is also the cause of premature tool failure. Therefore, in the cost of hot deformation products of high-pressure alloy tubes, the proportion of mold costs is very large.
