(3) According to the standard wall thickness level, DN and PN, the flanged butt joint method can be divided into: centrifugal casting welded flange pipe, centrifugal casting threaded flange pipe and integral casting flange pipe.
(4) The pipes are pressure-bearing grades of PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 respectively.
2. Welded steel tubes for low-pressure fluid transportation:
Classification: ordinary welded steel pipe, hot-dip galvanized welded steel pipe.
Scope of application:
(1) Buried and overhead pipes of fire hydrant water supply system.
(2) Buried and overhead pipelines in front of the alarm valve of automatic sprinkler system and water spray fire extinguishing system. A filter is required before the alarm valve.
(3) Welded steel tubes buried in the ground should be treated with anticorrosion treatment according to the relevant requirements, otherwise they are prone to rust and affect the service life.
3. Seamless pipe:
Scope of application: Because of its good pressure bearing capacity, it is suitable for conveying fluid
Classification:
(1) According to the production process: hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, cold drawn seamless tubing.
(2) According to its precision, it is divided into: ordinary and fine steel pipes (non-embroidered steel pipes).
(3) According to the material, it is divided into: ordinary carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, ordinary low-alloy steel and alloy structural steel. In the fire water supply system, seamless steel pipes for conveying fluids are the most widely used.
