Anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe anti-corrosion medium:
There are many types of corrosive media in IPN8710 anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe, such as acid, alkali, salt, oxidant and water vapor, etc.The coating must be chemically inert, resistant to acid and alkali salt corrosion, and the coating film should have a dense structure, good waterproof permeability, strong adhesion, toughness and fullness.
1. IPN8710 anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe primer: composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, non-toxic anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives, etc.It is cured at room temperature to form an interpenetrating network, and the coating film has a dense structure, acid, alkali and salt resistance, excellent rust resistance and strong adhesion.
2. IPN8710 anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe topcoat: It is composed of epoxy, rubber resin modification, non-toxic anti-rust pigments and fillers, and additives. Excellent chemical resistance, non-toxic, anti-microbial erosion.

The hardness index of anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe:
The ability of a metal material to resist the indentation of a hard object is called hardness. According to different test methods and scope of application, hardness can be divided into Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness, Vickers hardness, Shore hardness, microhardness and high temperature hardness. For anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes, there are generally three types of Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness and Vickers hardness.



Precautions for anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe
1. During construction, it should be checked whether groundwater and rainwater have contacted the pipeline. If the water contacts the pipeline, the outer layer of the pipeline should be dried.
2. When installing the pipe, it should be handled lightly, and it is forbidden to hit and fall.
3. The thermal insulation layer of the thermal insulation pipeline is prohibited from colliding with the burning fire to prevent the thermal insulation layer from being burned off.
4. Pipe fittings should be stored on a relatively flat ground, neatly stacked, and the stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters.

Note: Spiral steel pipe (SSAW) is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, often warmly extruded, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. The SSAW steel pipe feeds the strip into the welded pipe unit. After rolling by multiple rollers, the strip is gradually rolled up to form a circular tube blank with an opening gap.Control the gap between the welds at 1~3mm, and make the ends of the welds flush.
