1. The appearance of the storage and delivery of anti-corrosion steel pipes needs to be checked as follows:
① Check each root to ensure that the surface of the polyethylene layer is flat and smooth, without dark bubbles, pits, wrinkles, and cracks as a whole, and the overall color needs to be more uniform. There should be no excessive corrosion on the surface of the pipe.
②The curvature of the steel pipe should be less than 0.2% of the length of the steel pipe, and its ellipticity should be less than or equal to 0.2% of the outer diameter of the steel pipe. The local unevenness on the surface of the whole pipe is less than 2mm.
2. The transportation of anti-corrosion steel pipes needs to pay attention to the following points:
①Loading and unloading: The spreader that does not damage the nozzle should be used, and the anti-corrosion layer should not be damaged. All construction machinery and equipment must comply with regulations during loading and unloading. Before loading, check the anti-corrosion grade, material, and wall thickness of the pipes in advance, and it is not suitable to mix them.
②Transportation: Thrust baffles need to be installed between the trailer and the cab. When transporting anti-corrosion pipes, it is necessary to bind them firmly and take protective measures for the anti-corrosion layer in time. Rubber sheets or some soft materials are to be provided as pads between the anticorrosion pipes and the vehicle frame or uprights, and between the anticorrosion pipes.
3. What are the storage standards:
①Pipes, pipe fittings and valves need to be properly kept according to the instructions. During the storage process, attention should be paid to check to avoid corrosion, deformation and aging.
②There are also materials such as glass cloth, heat-wrapped tape and heat-shrinkable sleeves that need to be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
③Materials such as pipes, pipe fittings and valves can be classified and stored in the open air. Of course, the selected storage site must be flat and free of stones, and there must be no water on the ground. The slope is guaranteed to be 1% to 2%, and there are drainage ditches.
④The anti-corrosion pipes in the warehouse need to be stacked in layers, and their height needs to ensure that the pipes do not lose their stable shape. Stack them separately according to different specifications and materials. A soft cushion should be placed between each layer of anti-corrosion pipes, and two rows of sleepers should be laid under the pipes of the lower layer. The distance between the stacked pipes and the ground should be >50mm.
⑤If it is on-site construction, some storage requirements for pipes:The bottom needs to be cushioned with two support pads, the distance between them is about 4m ~ 8m, the anti-corrosion pipe should not be less than 100mm from the ground, the support pad and the anti-corrosion pipe and the anti-corrosion pipe should be cushioned with flexible spacers.
